
This Christmas……
On December 1st we did an outreach in Whalley to minister to street friends with students from Pacific Life Bible College.

This year too, we donated Christmas Shoeboxes and are thankful to everyone who prepared and packed a gift box for a child. 43 boxes.

On October 7th, 2023 we joined Night Shift Ministries to serve over 150 street friends a sit down, full turkey dinner.

This Fall we have started a series of studies on Biblical Mind Renewal. If you have not yet joined us, I encourage you to study with us as we look at Scriptures that clearly show how important it is to take care of our minds.

I thank God for an amazing Spirit-filled service of thanksgiving & celebration to the Lord on August 5th 2023, at Celebration Life Church in Surrey, BC Canada.

July 15th was a sweltering hot afternoon! Cris and I went on the streets with water in iced coolers, ginger ale, yogurt and 25 care packs with a tasty chicken sandwich, bananas, oranges, and the Gospel of John.

It always intrigued me that God would address Gideon in a manner that is not fitting with his personality and characteristics.

Father’s Day lands differently for many people. Not all may have, or have had, a good role model as a father. Honoring a father in such a situation can be difficult and seem almost impossible.

When I became a mom for the first time in 2006, I was not prepared for the demand’s motherhood placed on me. It was physically exhausting and mentally draining.

Have you ever guessed someone’s feelings by the tone of their voice when they call your name? My kids know when they are in trouble the way I say their name. They know when I’m exasperated, angry or mildly annoyed by the tone of my voice.

At the beginning, we drove from place to place ministering God’s love and compassion, giving care packs with the gospel.

We all know the story about the Good Samaritan, who cared for the man beaten by thieves, fallen by the wayside and ignored by the priest and Levite.
