One Year Ministry Milestone
One Year Ministry Milestone, Hallelujah!!
Psalm 9:1 & 2 I will give thanks to You, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and rejoice in You; I will sing the praises of Your name, O Most High.
As we celebrate our first ministry anniversary with gratitude and thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ, I would like to share with you, some of the highlights of this past year.
- 400 plus meals & 500 plus bottles of water, juice & pop served during street ministry.
- 40 lavish gift bags given to 40 women going through rehab at Phoenix Society.
- 15 plus street ministry outreaches including on Christmas day 2020 and Easter Sunday, 2021.
- Distributed gloves, toques, socks, blankets & other items during street ministry.
- We have given hundreds of tracts, Gospels of John and the Daily Bread and prayed for many people during the outreaches. May we, or others water and God will give the increase.
- Over 20,000 meters of wool given to Phoenix Society for their Men’s Knitting Club helping them to complete their rehab in victory.
- 40 hampers donated to Phoenix Society to assist 40 people going through their rehab program coming out of addictions and other issues.
I have witnessed God’s faithfulness, direction and leading in launching, growing and sustaining the ministry in miraculous and supernatural ways.
Together with an amazing, dedicated and committed team of people that the Lord has gathered to go about our Father’s Business, we stepped out in obedience to follow in the footsteps of the Greatest Missionary that ever lives, Jesus our Lord and Saviour.
Thank you for praying, giving financial donations, sponsoring outreaches and donating items for distributing to people who live on the streets & going through rehab.
Thank you for volunteering time, supporting and being connected to Sound of the Lord Mission. May your reward and blessings from the Lord be great, multiplied, be abundant, lavish, extravagant and more…..!
As we celebrated our one year ministry anniversary, we worshiped the Lord with harp music, led by a friend who is skilled in playing multiple instruments.
We gave glory to the Lord with a presentation of His goodness & faithfulness on our outreaches during the past year. We listened to a testimony from one of our missionaries and the message from Pastor Wes Daase, Pastor of Surrey Pentecostal Assembly which is profound and timely. Be sure to watch it on my facebook page or on our website under the Youtube link.
Scripture and prophetic prayer spontaneously voiced by the beloved in the Lord who attended the celebration, as led by the Holy Spirit made our time together a powerful evening to remember as we reach forward, serving the Lord and serving the community.
All praise, honour and thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ!
With joy,
Marita Rochelle Soza
