Happy Easter
Langley Outreach
On April 13th, we visited the Wagner Hills Farm Women’s Campus in Langley to give 12 Gift Packs to the 12 women who are currently in a program at the farm. At the time we visited, the women were in various classes so the Manager informed us she will give them the gifts the following day. Below is what she wrote to me:
Hi Rochelle,
We gave the ladies the amazing Easter bags that you made for them this morning. They were so excited and so thankful for all the amazing goodies you included!
Thanks so much for thinking of us and making this Easter extra special for the women – especially as some don’t have family nearby to celebrate with this weekend.
Wishing you a wonderful Easter!
Blessings,
Megan Horban

Please join us in praying for the women who are going through rehab. They have taken the first crucial step in getting their lives back, that the enemy tried to steal.
John 10:10
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Sometimes it may feel that what we do is a drop in the bucket but let us remember that in time, the drops fill the bucket and will overflow to become a stream.
I pray that streams of living water will flow through each of us as we continue to be a witness for the Lord, our Saviour. May the same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead quicken our mortal bodies to stay strong, healthy, resilient and well, that we may enjoy the life Jesus died to give us.
Below is a picture of what we included in each gift bag. Grateful thanks to everyone who donated to make this outreach happen. May the Lord reward you abundantly.
With Joy,

What if He didn’t…..
What if on the cross He didn’t die
Seeing me worthless, the price too high
If He didn’t erase the record of my sin
And let the enemy triumph and win.
What if He didn’t, conquer the grave
That swallows the meek, the strong and the brave
What if He turned away from the blows
And ceased from Calvary, the grace that flows.
What if He said ‘No’ to the crown of thorns
And chose not to endure, mockery and scorn
What if He called angels to His side,
And His accusers that night, were the ones that died.
What if His innocent blood wasn’t shed
His broken body, offered as bread
What if, to drink the bitter cup He refused
His plea “ Father let this pass“, was approved.
But He did…..
He took the nails in His hands and feet
Death and disease, He did defeat
The Lamb of God, said not a word
But His cry ‘Father forgive’ they heard.
Rejected and alone, the pain He endured
Our salvation, in exchange for His life, He secured
He gave up the ghost, as His life ebbed in red
“It is finished” He breathed and bowed down His head.
The earth shook and trembled at prophecy fulfilled
Dead came to life, the saints they had killed
The soldiers they feared and said as they ran
This was the Son of God and no ordinary man.
Rising from death on glorious day three
He overcame the world, didn’t stay on the tree
The veil tore in two, to the cross we now cling
Jesus, one mediator between man and our King.
What would life be like if Jesus chose not to die for our sin? Born as a Man, He had a choice, just like you and I are faced with choices every day.
He chose to obey His God given assignment. He chose rejection, aloneness, betrayal, pain, abandonment and shame. He overcame temptation through the Word. He turned away from fame, glory, riches, honor, recognition and physical comforts. He endured the cross thinking of us and stayed the course because He saw our penalty if He didn’t.
By laying down His life, He has gained for us the privilege of being sons and daughters of the great I AM.
Let’s reflect on the beauty and mystery of this sacrifice, the mystery of divine love, incomprehensible to the human mind. It is a mystery only understood and embraced by those whom the Father has chosen to reveal this truth, a mystery that science has tried hard to disprove but has failed, scholars have tried to understand but still struggle. This is a mystery that can only be known by the revelation of the Holy Spirit, with gratefulness by those who know the weight of sin that has been blotted out in exchange for forgiveness, healing and restoration.
Let’s remember during this Easter season and rejoice, that we have an Advocate before the Father, Jesus our Lord and Savior. We are under a new covenant, a covenant of blood and grace. Our name is written on the palm of His hands and in the Lamb’s book of Life.
He chose us in our sin. May we strive to choose Christ over all else and live for Him.
1 Corinthians 15:57-58
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

Fundraiser Update!
We are happy to inform that we have raised $150 which is 15% of our $1,000 goal to bless a child through Make A Wish Foundation which is an organisation that grants wishes to children who are terminally ill. Let us in addition, pray that the children be completely healed in Jesus name because the Word of God can re-diagnose a condition and declare ‘Healed” in the name of Jesus so that the children will receive a double blessing!.
We invite you to add your offering to ours so it multiplies and empowers us to go further and help more people.
