Samaritan's Purse Christmas Shoebox Project
This year too, we donated Christmas Shoeboxes and are thankful to everyone who prepared and packed a gift box for a child. 43 boxes. We pray that these precious children will not only receive the toys and other gifts but also the greatest gift of salvation through Jesus which they can read in the Gospel of John included in the box.
Matthew 19:13 & 14
13 Then little children were brought to Him that He might put His hands on them and pray, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”
This may be the only gift a child will receive this Christmas and we are privileged for the opportunity to give to a child.

Ministry Christmas Celebration
Sunday, November 26th we had our ministry Christmas Celebration at the Guildford Golf and Country Club in Surrey BC, Canada. We are thankful for the 50 people who joined us to hear a message on God with us, God in us.
Let us rejoice with those who have shared their testimonies for what they received from the Lord on the 26th:

Souls saved, physical healings, burdens lifted. I had one prayer that I prayed for our Christmas celebration which was that the name of Jesus be lifted up and glorified and that the people will be blessed and that is exactly what happened. What an incredible invitation Jesus has extended to each of us to live life with Him. Immanuel, God with us. Christ in us the hope of glory.
This Christmas let us accept every opportunity to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and bring many people to the Lord.

We had an amazing Christmas Celebration at the Guildford Golf & Country Club in Surrey BC. I have shared some of the immediate testimonies we received.
The Lord Is There
Christmas. It’s the most wonderful time of the year, but it’s also a season we engage in pensive reflection. Amidst the hustle and bustle of gift exchanges, turkey dinners, and festivities, it is tempting to pause and zoom in on things that are still on God’s ‘pending’ list for us. Things and situations we have travailed in prayer for, but the answers seem to be just beyond our grasp.
- Another year gone by, and yet the much prayed for miracle is not in sight.
- The ‘to-do-list’ on the coffee table makes you feel unaccomplished and discouraged.
- You still struggle with addiction or a bad habit that has plagued you all your life.
- You wonder how you ended up where you are today, and regret decisions made in the past, and missed opportunities.
- Your estranged child still refuses to reconcile despite your extended hand.
- Your loved ones are still not saved.
- The last time you checked, your bank account balance looked grim.
- Your medical diagnosis is causing you concern.
The list can be endless.
Ezekiel 48:35
It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, The Lord is there.
The above scripture talks about God’s instructions on dividing the land by lot between the 12 tribes of Israel. The name of the city was going to be, “The Lord is there”.
Yes, He was there. And has been there before the foundation of this earth. In signs and wonders to make known His presence among His people.
- He was there in the burning bush when He spoke to Moses.
- He was there in the fire as the 4th man like the Son of God, with Shadrach Meshach and Abednego.
- He was there with Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20:17 when he said “you shall not need to fight in this battle”
- He was there when He called out “Lazarus, come forth!”
But what about today? Where is the God of the new covenant? Where is Jehovah Shammah? (God is there). The God that promised to be there, the one who said He will never leave us nor forsake us, the Redeemer who said “Lo I am with you always to the end”?
Romans 8:11
11 But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.
The same God who WAS there, IS IN US today. We are overcomers in every situation because Christ is in us. Imagine that! The God of the universe dwells in us, which makes us His holy temple.
Christmas is a time to remind ourselves and embrace this profound truth.
He will quicken our mortal bodies towards wholeness and healing.
He will quicken our minds to think like Christ
He will quicken our lives to reflect the presence of His Spirit.
Galatians 2:20
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Looking back on our lives, we can either choose to pan for dirt or pan for gold. The outcome of our life, depends on what we choose to hold onto and what we are willing to let go. In Him and through Him, we are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus.
Yes, we have a wonderful reason to celebrate the birth of our Savior this Christmas, but the greater celebration is not restricted to a single calendar day in the year. It’s a daily rejoicing in the knowledge that the great I AM has chosen you and me to be His temple.
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May the Prince of Peace that lives in you, enlighten your eyes to see the blessings He has placed within your reach.
This year, let’s truly celebrate Christmas with thanksgiving, for the gift of His son.
